KACEMA MUSUMA:

THE GOOD SHEPHERD

"As the furnace tests the potter’s vessels;

so too is a man tested in tribulation"

(cf. Sirach 27:5)

This project and its contents are dedicated to the children and sisters of Kacema Musuma Orphanage, St. Mary’s Parish, and St. Mary’s School—especially the School for the Visually Impaired—whose endurance through trials and unwavering faith bring hope, strength, and inspiration to the world.

To all,

Witnessing the devotion and sacrifice of the sisters in Kawambwa, Zambia was one of the highest honors of my life; these images are without doubt the work I am most proud of. Their unwavering love and service, despite countless challenges, is a testament to the power of faith in action. I pray this work does justice to their sacrifice and the children’s enduring spirit.

If you are interested in supporting the mission of the parish components, including the Kacema Musuma Orphanage, School for the Visually Impaired, or other educational programs, please reach out to me through the contact page on the main website.

Humbly,
